| Rankins' toughening plant
was manufactured in England by Efco Ltd. and commissioned during 1998. The Efco furnace produces toughened glass to the very highest quality, in thicknesses from 4mm to 25mm, to BS6206 Class A. The maximum size of toughened glass produced is 1500mm x 3000mm, including patterned, coated, printed or painted and tinted glasses. |

Royale doors and panels are available in 8mm or 12mm thicknesses and can be produced to a variety of sizes allowing total design flexibility. Rankins craftsmen also have the expertise and custom designed tooling to
produce acid embossing, sandblasting and colour decorating to the doors, for motifs,
logos, emblems and lettering to the customer's specifications.
